Android 7.0 Nougat may launch next Month, Nexus 5 owners not getting it!

Ever since the announcement of Android N, flagship and nexus owners are waiting for the new version. Every year Google announces its new version of operating system somewhere around September or October along with a few Nexus devices that run it out of the box.

This time things might change & people might taste the sweet taste of nougat earlier than expected. According to a few rumors and even a tweet from a leakster , google can release the Android 7.0 as soon as next month i.e. August end or September starting. This is a couple of months earlier from the annual release.

Recently Google also rolled out the last official developer preview(5th) of  Android 7.0 nougat, although not all features are confirmed yet and we may not be surprised if google adds a few more to the already made list of changes. The developer previews are still very much stable and can be used as the daily driver.

But all is not sweet as we have a bad news for Nexus 5 owners. Rumors also suggest that Nexus 5 owners won't be getting the official nougat version and the owners need to be satisfied with marshmallow only. Nexus 5 is already 3 years old and the nougat release was always suspicious, & now even things are not looking into its favor.

Although for someone who want it badly, there's a large nexus 5 community all over world and they must be getting a few roms ready as soon as nougat is announced.
